...have a neighbour who has mananged to borrow some milk, some tea, a bike then got an inch nail stuck in the tyre, sit in my chair an vandalize it, now I had a neighbour beacuse I can not talk to the wee swine nop more..

As in the 'borrow to own' program? How quaint.
One of my neighbors has managed too borrow part of my mountain bike. And my UPS deliveries. They can also borrow some money if they need it when I put 'em in the hospital.
